SHIPPING + RETURNS
Most items ship within 1-2 business days and US orders usually arrive in about 3-5 business days.
Please be aware that for international orders import fees may be incurred. Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges. You will be responsible for paying them in your home country.
We want you to love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your items and we will send you instructions for obtaining an exchange or refund.
Items that arrive broken or damaged do not need to be returned, but we may ask for a picture.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your shipment is lost or stolen, we will do everything possible to assist you. However, we are not responsible for missing packages if the shipper can verify delivery to the shipping address.
